Preiss & Associates has been operating since 1980 and is owned and run by Meryn Mc Jarrow since 2007. We pride ourselves on our personal touch and the ability to solve clients’ secretarial problems in an efficient and professional manner. The business has a long standing relationship with CIPC and strives to continually keep up to date with their requirements and changes.
WHAT WE DO
We offer a full range of company secretarial services, from Company registrations and fully formed shelf companies, amendments within companies or cc’s, writing up and re construction of company registers as well as a pure lodgement service with CIPC. Due to our long standing relationship with the Registrar, and now Commissioner, and our constant training within this arena, we are able to efficiently attend to, and resolve most queries on your behalf.
HOW WE WORK
Our office is based on Johannesburg’s East Rand but our client base is extensive, and country-wide. We assist attorney, auditing & accounting firms as an extension of their secretarial departments. We can also assist individual companies directly on an ad-hoc basis as, and when changes and/or company secretarial services are required.
