As from 1 December 2019, certain transactions with CIPC can only be lodged electronically and will require an OTP from the Company’s directors.  It is therefore imperative that the cell phone numbers & email addresses for each director are correct, up to date and accessible. Also note that directors cannot share the same details.  If the incorrect details are on the CIPC system, it may be difficult to proceed with certain company changes.
